1. Place the sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion in a medium size mixing bowl. Add the chopped parsley and set aside.
Make the vinaigrette:
1. Place the white balsamic vinegar in a mixing bowl and drizzle the olive oil into the vinegar slowly while vigorously whisking until thickened. Whisk in the honey, sugar, sea salt, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder and white pepper until fully combined.
2. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the vegetables. Set aside on the counter for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Gently toss just before serving.
