Meyer Lemon Blossom


  • 1 ½ oz.  gin
  • 1 ½ oz. fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • Dash of celery bitters
  • Honey
  • Ice cubes


Tools: shaker, strainer, barspoon
Glass: cocktail

Add gin, lemon juice and bitters to a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass. Dip a barspoon in honey, and use it to stir the drink and incorporate the honey.
