1. Toss all of the ingredients for the Watermelon Radish Salad and let sit overnight in the fridge.
2. Lightly warm tortilla and spread with hummus. Place watermelon radish salad on top and top with sprouts and kale (if preferred, you can lightly sautee the kale first).
3. Roll tightly and serve with remaining salad and kale. Make sure to use the remaining liquid as a dressing. Enjoy!
