Lemon Rosemary Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, stems removed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

Recipe

Add garlic, rosemary and sea salt to a mortar and mash into a paste.
2. Add the lemon juice in a fine drizzle, stirring and mashing during the addition. Add the olive oil, stirring and mashing throughout.
3.  Transfer to an airtight container or use right away.
