Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots - chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 oz kumquat - unpeeled
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe

Combine ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
