This soda is made from pure, organic Vermont maple sap that is slightly concentrated for a little added sweetness. That means it's free from artificial flavors and added sweeteners, but full of naturally occurring nutrients and electrolytes. The 18 grams of sugar are all naturally-occurring and that's still much lower than most other sodas.
