Carrot Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of carrots, washed and scrubbed (or peeled, if you prefer)
  • Juice of 1 orange

Recipe

Pop your carrots into a blender or food processor and process until finely chopped. If the mixture looks dry, add a little water and continue blending. Pour the mixture into a large container and add 1 cup hot water, let stand for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture, and add your orange juice. Stir, and try your juice! Water it down if it's too thick, and serve it over ice if you'd like.
