After 25 years of leading bicycle and walking tours around the globe, Bob and Cindy Maynard cultivated a new adventure for themselves in an area known for its local food movement. Based in Central Vermont’s Green Mountains, they now grow their own organic garlic.
While their operation has grown from a home garden to a multi-acre farm, they remain dedicated to sustainable agricultural practices to maintain soil health.
